Data we collect
We collect user data when you visit our website, contact us, request a consultation, communicate with our team, use a GY6 service, or provide information through a client workflow.
Information you provide
- Name, work email, phone number, company, job title, and contact preferences.
- Consultation details, messages, project briefs, files, prompts, feedback, and other content you submit.
- Business, commercial, procurement, pipeline, campaign, and customer information provided during an engagement.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, and server or security events processed by our hosting infrastructure. The raw IP address is not saved in the consultation lead record.
- The current website does not set first-party advertising cookies. Essential hosting and security technologies may be used to deliver and protect the site.
- Anonymous first-party conversion events such as consultation clicks, form completion, partner interaction, and section engagement. These events do not include the form contents.

How we use data
We may use collected data to respond to inquiries, provide and improve services, conduct research, develop strategies and deliverables, operate campaigns and workflows, analyze performance, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, comply with law, and communicate about our services.
03
Use of artificial intelligence
GY6 uses artificial intelligence. We may use AI systems and AI-enabled third-party tools to analyze information, conduct research, summarize or classify content, generate drafts, support decision-making, automate workflows, and improve our services.
Information you provide—including prompts, files, business information, and other content—may be processed by AI service providers on our behalf. Those providers may process and retain information under their own terms, privacy policies, and service configurations.
Unless GY6 has expressly approved a secure workflow, do not submit classified information, export-controlled information, protected health information, financial account data, passwords, government identifiers, or confidential third-party data to an AI-enabled feature.
04
Third-party data
We may receive information from clients, affiliates, contractors, public sources, social and professional platforms, analytics providers, data vendors, technology providers, and other third parties. This may include business contact information, professional profiles, market information, campaign data, public records, and information supplied for a client engagement.
If you provide information about another person or organization, you represent that you have the right and authority to provide it for the intended purpose.
05
Public storage buckets
Consultation data is not sent to public storage.
Information submitted through the consultation form is stored in a restricted website database. GY6 does not intentionally place consultation data, confidential client information, government information, regulated data, or personal information in a publicly accessible storage bucket.
If GY6 later offers a workflow that intentionally publishes files, that workflow will be identified separately before submission. Public storage must never be used for confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, classified, export-controlled, government, or personal information.
07
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to perform contracts, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of data and the service involved.
The website uses a short-lived pseudonymous anti-abuse fingerprint to limit repeated form submissions. It is derived from request information, does not store the raw IP address in the lead record, and is used for form security.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission, AI system, vendor, or storage method is completely secure, and public storage is not confidential storage.
08
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or object to certain uses, by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the instructions in those messages.
09
Children, updates, and contact
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as our services and data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date or additional notice where appropriate.
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to daniel@GY6Solutions.com.
